The two have one child Sofia, and they reported being unsuccessful in having more children, and he is ashamed since according to his culture men are supported to have many children.The two have been regularly involved in domestic violence with Jamie accused of having affairs. Jamie admitted that he used drugs in the past but denies any current drug use. However, when police arrived at his place he appeared intoxicated and smelled marijuana. The ethical consideration, in this case, involves maintaining con fidentiality since this may impact the relationship with the client while legal consideration involve reporting to government agencies cases of suspected abuse.Case ConceptualizationChild sexual abuse is a traumatic experience and it may affect a large number of males.
